Help with old computer

The case doesn't have a power switch connector connector from the front of the case. It does have a connector that comes from the power supply, so I assumed that was the one for the power switch.

Heres the problem, I don't know where that powerswitch connector goes.
It isn't labeled, I can't find the company name on the mobo, and it is in a unfamiliar format to me. It comes in 3 rows, like shown below.
<b>

I don't know what the 6 pins below it are for either.
The connectors are labeled like this. 6 standing for J6.

<b>

. . . 4

1 2 3

If you could help, please respond. I tried putting the power switch connector on each one, but still can't get the power supply to turn on. There is no switch on the back either. One thing that did catch my eye is that on the back of the power supply, there was a standard plug for power, and another outlet above it that looks like the standard house hold appliance type plug. You know, like this.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You have an old XT or AT style powersupply. In the desktop case flavors, there was a switch on the side of the powersupply - usually large and red. In the tower case flavors, there is a cable that comes out of the powersupply to connect to a toggle switch on the front of the case. This DOES NOT connect to your motherboard. The switch the cable connects to turns the 115 Volt A/C power on and off just like a light switch.

BTW, the connector above the powersupply is there to plug old style monitors into for power.
