we just got a tv from a friend (samsung ln40a330j) and I just hooked it up and the sound is fine. However, even though I have picture(looks pretty good) there is a lot of noise(?). I have gone through most of the options and i simply dont know what i need to adjust. The imgur link shows what im talking about. Also, this isnt just for cable this is happening for movies as well.

fixed it(I guess), The problem is the coaxial input on the back of the tv is messed up and as soon as I switched to a hd cable box and used hdmi it was fixed.
