Just built the system, it's complete silent. First boot success, installed through windows fine too.

Intel D875PBZ mobo
1GB Kingston hyerpx pc3200 ddr in dual channel mode
3GHZ 800FSB Original intel fan( zalman 7000A does NOT fit..so lame)
diamondmax plus 9 ata133 160GB hdd
fx5900 / audigy2

Questions

1) My bios detects the harddrive as 160 gb, then when window xp try to format/partition it, it only shows as 130 gb. What's going on?

2) My bios display at default:
Processor speed: 3GHZ
System Bus Speed: 800mhz
System memory speed: 333mhz <-- shouldnt this be 400 mhz since ia m running pc3200 ddr:/
Memory mode: Dual channel
Memory Channel A slot 0 : 512 MB (DDR400) <-- now i am REALLY confused, it detects the memory as ddr400 but sets the speed at 333mhz? what the hell
Memory Channel A slot 1 : not installed
Memory Channel B slot 0 : 512 MB (DDR400)
Memory Channel B slot 1 : not installed
and all that CAS stuff is 2.0 - 2 - 2 - 5, which is pretty good right?

So why the hell would my mobo default the ddr400 to 333mhz instead of 400mhz? Anyone with a d875pbz ever get this when you first boot up?

Many current bioses (including yours) have a built in limit of 127Mb. You will either need to partition the drive into 2 parts, a ~130 C: and the rest as a D: drive. Or you can use the Maxtor overlay software to enable access to the entire drive as C:, but these overlays sometimes reduce performance - and worse, can be problematic if you need to recover data from them.
