Help with new rig

I just finished putting the following rig together and it won't boot:

AMD 64 3200+ w/Thermaltank Silent Boost
Asus K8N-E Deluxe
2x512 Mushkin PC3200
Hitachi 160 gb SATA
Nec 2500a
XFX Geforce 6800 GT
Antec Sonata

When I power the system up it greets me with a CONSTANT beep. It is not a series of beeps but one steady beep that doesn't go away. I don't get anything on the monitor as a result. I have already taken out the graphics card and reinstalled it in the agp slot, and I have also tried both memory sticks individually in each of the three dimm slots.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I just called Asus tech support and the tech guy listened to the sound. He said it sounds like a power supply problem. When I turn on the case, the power supply fan does not run. However, some power is being produced since the motherboard lights up and all the other fans run (cpu, graphics card).

Anybody have any other solutions?
