Ok so i built my new pc today and its beeping like a bios beep whenever i send or receive and AIM IM. Its not the speakers or anything. Also it kinda randomly beeps sometimes too about every 3 mins and was a lot worse before i installed all the driver

A large number of those boards were miswired. Hence weird sound issues, weird power wiring, floppy issues, etc. Sounds like an RMA to me. I had two of those boards, both were fubared.
 
with athat nforce i dont doubt it, i had a friend that went through 3 and they all sucked. another thing is check some jumper settings, and if you have beeps everytime you get an im that hints that somehow your sound card is letting your onboard beeper know it needs to make some noise
