Help with Netscape 6.2 e-mail problem...............

About two weeks ago my wife goes to check e-mail and she fires up Netscape like normal. It did not load Yahoo (default home page) and goes directly to the Netscape home page and asks to download the new version. We did not download the new version. Now without changing any settings Netscape will loose the information on the e-mail settings and I have to reinstall the settings so we can download e-mail. Sometimes it is ok for a couple of days sometimes if we shut down the internet and turn it back on and go to check e-mail it's gone again.

I'm getting tired of this anyone got any suggestions?

Yep....download IE6 and start using it and Outlook Express

Well I did it so lets see how long it takes me to get a virus from outlook. I hope the Pcillin works.

Why didn't you upgrade to the new version? The new version may have bug fixes for this. If all else fails e-mail netscape themselves.
