Help!! with my new Intel 975x motherboard

I just bought this MB to upgrade my PC thinking in buying a conroe, but the issue is that when I looked at the manual it recommended not to put the 2x2 adapter for 2x4 connector if you were going to buy a Pentium EE and my PS does not have the 2x4 connector, instead it has an adapter. I have a thermaltake purepower of 560W. The question is: Do I need another PS for the new intel conroe, or this one is good enough for it?

Well I guess I'll have to buy a new PS. Not very pleased in expending $140 this really puts down the amount of money that I have to upgrade. If someone found out something please tell me.
