Hey there guys, take a look at this problem I`m having this with a brand new HP notebook. It`s a DV6-7014nr: HP Pavilion dv6-7014nr Entertainment Notebook PC | HP® Official Store

I`ve been using it for 2 weeks without problems, but this started happening today, and it`s very frustrating...

What do you guys think I can do to fix this?!? I bought this noteebok because i`m travelling in 5 days and I need a computer with me, so that`s why I can`t send it to a repair, neither ask for a replacement!

HP computers are assembled & shipped from Shanghai, China. The problem is caused by a loose video cable connector, you can fix it in about 25 minutes with a jeweler's/computer screwdriver and this helpful tutorial: http://bit.ly/8YyYgk.

This will void your warranty, so your best bet is to call hp at 800-474-6836 for repair/replacement.

HP still makes great laptops, there quality control is better than Apple.
