Help with my new HP!

I`ve been using it for 2 weeks without problems, but this started happening today, and it`s very frustrating...

What do you guys think I can do to fix this?!? I bought this noteebok because i`m travelling in 5 days and I need a computer with me, so that`s why I can`t send it to a repair, neither ask for a replacement!

Looks like a loose cable from the LCD screen to the Base.

This can be quite simple to fix...but is best done under warranty. It depends how technically minded you are.

HP computers are assembled & shipped from Shanghai, China. The problem is caused by a loose video cable connector, you can fix it in about 25 minutes with a jeweler's/computer screwdriver and this helpful tutorial: http://bit.ly/8YyYgk.

This will void your warranty, so your best bet is to call hp at 800-474-6836 for repair/replacement.

HP still makes great laptops, there quality control is better than Apple.
