Help with my Linksys BEFSR41 router

You should be able to log on. But how do I make it so my friend can FXP something to me?

I forwarded ports 21~21 to my internal IP along with 50000~50100 but I get this error:

(000010) 5/18/2003 8:16:17 PM - friend (IP REMOVED) > asked to upload 'test.txt' in 'Z:\dropbox\' --> Access allowed.
(000010) 5/18/2003 8:16:17 PM - friend (IP REMOVED) > 150 Opening data connection for test.txt.
(000010) 5/18/2003 8:16:19 PM - friend (IP REMOVED) > 425 Cannot open data connection (10061).

Any ideas?
