Help with my AMD XP 1800+ and ECS K7S5A setup

I built my system sometime in February and I just noticed now that my PC is running at 1145MHz.. Not the 1.53MHz it should be recognized as.. Is there a way to find out what's wrong and how to fix it?

Another thing, I have an Enermax case (one on Newegg similar to the Antec 1030) and for some reason, neither the Power indicator LED or the other LED work.. The computer runs fine, but no green or orange glowing from the LED's.. Do I have something misplaced or are the LED's defective?

1) Go into the BIOS and check your FSB. Should be 133 I believe.

2) Check to make sure you have the LEDs plugged into the motherboard correctly.

it's probably your fsb not set to 133. its probably running at 100 right now.

Regarding the LEDs, they are polarized, meaning that they only work plugged in one way and it is always trial and error to get them right.
