Hi. They did not replace the PSU. Only the card.
I tried the latest 12.2 drivers. Same Issue.
I download stuff. I've seen that when I've utorrent running in the background, its very stable compared to not running it. I am planning to try the card on my friend's unit for 2-3 days and see how it goes.
Im in agony. Purchasing stuff and running against these unseen uncompatibilities.....

Just Updating all the people who have helped out here.....
The Vendor could not figure it out. They were helpful enough to get me a full refund as they feel they might have got a bad batch.
Thank you all. Please guide me on how i can close this thread.
 
They replaced it once for me. I faced the same issue. Unit works fine without the GPU. They felt its the GPU and hence are refunding the amount. I, in the meantime, will have to dig out a cheap GPU or a pal's GPU and use it and see if there any any issues with the other components of the computer.
