I have an Intel 3.4 512K 800Mhz Northwood CPU. Generally, northwoods are great ocers. But, my system is getting extremely unstable when oced even only 100Mhz. My stock voltage to my memory in supposed to be 2.5v. but, the corsair ram I have is 2.75v. I've bumped up the voltage to my memory and my system runs perfect. No errors in anything including prime95. But, the moment I oc, everything gets screwed up. Why I am having restart and errors when I oc? Do i have to increase voltage even more? THANKS

Read some of the posts in the Overclockers Forums, sounds more like what you need to do is loosen up your timings on the memory, I wouldn't start messing with your voltage at this point.
