Help with just-built system!

I just got a 3500+ Winchester with 2GB of RAM and a eVGA 6800 Ultra. After running the demo1 in Doom 3 for the 2nd time, I only get 66.6 FPS at 1280x1024. A comparable system gets nearly 80 FPS. I also notice this in other games and 3D Mark 05, where my score is unsually low. What could be the problem. By the way I have OCZ Powerstream 520 so power isn't a problem.
 
power effecting speed? Wow never heard that.
I own a Shuttle SN95G5 which only has 230-250.. so that means mine will run like crap?
I think u have a driver problem.
