Help with HD DVD problem.

Updated my 9600GT drivers to the latest (177.35) and now I get an error, "Incompatible graphics driver" and it won't play.

I need the latest drivers to run F@H so I don't really want to revert back to the older set.

Any suggestions?

Trash PowerDVD and get a better program.

Roll back the driver is about all ya can do AFAIK .

There's no freebie HD DVD viewers out there?

Sigh...already spent $100 on AnyDVD HD to get this setup working + $10 on PowerDVD 7 key from eBay...now have to spend another $100 on a different player?

I think you'd want 8 for all the HD stuff right? I didn't even know 7 did HD/BR.

Actually I think only PowerDVD 7 can play HD DVDs. They removed that feature from version 8. It can only play blu-ray. :roll:

Power DVD actually removed HD DVD playback, go with Corel WinDVD

Thats really stupid. Why remove it? I mean really, why? So many people still have HD-DVD.
