HELP with GeForce 2

I had to reinstall win2k because of a harddrive failure recently. The only change to my system I've made was to add a SCSI card and a Cheetah 18GB HD. Now, for some reason, my 3d performance has gone through the FLOOR. In Unreal Tournament, I used to get 100-120 fps average at 1024x768 32bbp, now it's getting about 30. I tried installing the 12.90's, the 12.4's, the 6.x's, still suck. And I cannot get coolbits to work with ANY of them. Service Pack 2 is installed. Also, an unknown PCI device now shows up in my hardware settings, but all devices in the system appear to be accounted for. Help?

Thanx again. I tried it, however when you apply it it gives an error saying that there is an error in nvqtwk.dll and it's missing some entry. Help? What would be the best performing drivers out there for a Herc. Prophet 2 64mb?

UPADATE:

I fixed the framerate problem by installing Intel's .inf isntaller thingy-ma-jig which fixed the "unknown PCI device" which I'm guessing was the AGP to Processor bridge driver. Now, I need to disable V-sync in Direct 3D mode. Also, I need to find a way to overclock the badboy under the 12.40 Herc drivers. Anyone?
