what is the best and cheapest gaming computer setup that will run games the best they can be run and good enuff so that it will support games on max or close to max setting 5+ years into the future if thats even possible, im sorry if i sound stupid i dnt know nothing at all about pc i dnt even know what max settings means lol im a complete newb thanks for the help of you can
also ill only be using it for gaming maybe surf the web thats about it

In your other thread lehtv linked you to a post with survey questions you really should fill out.

You're asking for two mutually exclusive things in your post. The best computer is not going to be the cheapest. No computer built today is going to run games at the highest settings in five years. Once you fill out the survey questions we'll be more able to help you.

This is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. With how rapidly fast technology changes, you can't futureproof for more than maybe 2 years, tops.

When the next generation of consoles are released, it could change everything we know about PC gaming requirements, since it seems the future of PC gaming has been reduced to console ports. So as soon as that happens, no matter how good your PC is NOW, its almost guaranteed not to be good enough.
