Help with Flex Installer Error

I tried to use the flex installer on my PC today that I had to ghost back from a previous image and now I get this error.
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
c:\sticli\stisli.exe
THe NTVDM CPU has encountered and ittlegal instruction
CS:0530 IP:019e OP:63 6f 6e 75 65 Choose 'Close' to termintae the application

Anyone have any clues why?
