Help with flashing new bios for Asus A7N8X-Deluxe rev 1.04

My floppy hasnt been working for quite some time and its the only way I know how to flash the new bios onto the motherboard. Are there any other ways for me to do this?
 
If possible with your motherboard you can use "ASUS Update" to flash the BIOS within a windows environment.
 
I tried the Asus Update that came with the Drivers CD. It give me a windows error. You know that pop up that tells you that its experiencing a problem and would I like to report it to Microsoft. Is there a newer version that I can get off the web? I tried searching on the Asus website but nothing.
 
Thanks! I got it to work. Im now running my 2400+ mobile at 190x12 at 1.7vcore. I just got a ATI VPU recovery message. Where in the bios would I see if the pci/agp frequencies are locked?
