help with duron overclocking

Just got myself a Duron 700Mhz and Epox 8VTA(or whatever) with voltage tweak. Unfortunately no multiplier tweak on that board.

So I know that using pencil to fill out all L1 bridge allows multiplier tweak. But this can't be my case now since I have to tweak other bridges as well.

It's easier to connect the bridge, with pencil. However, can anybody give me any idea how to "disconnect" the bridge? CUtting it off 2 or soemthing? Please let me know.
