Hi , I'm from Iran and we have extreme internet censorship here
We started a movie/tv show provider website but government blocked access to our website within Iran ( Our customers are all Iranians )
It's like this : They block your website , You'll add a number to your domain like : filmdl5.net - filmdl.6.net (etc , You need to register a new domain for this ) or you can create sub domains like : 1.filmdl.net - 2.filmdl.net and so on

Now the thing is first time they blocked our main domain : filmdl.net
so we created a sub domain 1.filmdl.net and it worked ok until today that this got blocked too , And no matter what sub domain we create , It's always blocked and will redirect to the government website

But there is a website : farsisubtitle.com that they are blocked too but they use sub domains and their latest is : s7.farsisubtitle.com , And it's not blocked , They are a lot more famous and older than our website

I've searched a lot but couldn't understand what they did different that their sub domain works and it's not blocked but our sub domains are all blocked even if we create a new one .

We're using Win server 2008 sp2 and the website is hosted on this VPS
What DNS settings should I change ?

Please help ... we invested a lot of money on this website and we need to get it to work again . :'(

Why can't you use a host that offers a VPS in another country? Why would the government block your website? What does your website contain? Edit- I guess you are hosting movies? This could be a copyright thing.

Ah, so it looks like http://s7.farsisubtitle.com is a video hosting website. Is that what you are doing? For what it's worth they are hosted in Germany. They are using the host zagrio.com. I get a critical error trying to connect to them here in the U.S.

Thank you for your replay , We don't have copyright laws in our country . The problem is our country is Islamic  and they will block access to our website because some movies have sex scenes and nudity , the VPS is in Germany . They blocked access to the domain , It's accessible from outside Iran but users inside will see some message saying this website is blocked , We don't want to force our users to use proxy . Our only chance is to use sub domains , When they block s1.filmdl.net we'll make s2.filmdl.net and so on .

But the problem is all of our subdomains are blocked too , We're not that popular , But farsisubtitle.com which is a subtitle hosting website for movies , They are a lot more popular and they got blocked too but still they can use their sub domains in some way , Are we doing something wrong with sub domain configurations ? Is there a trick to do here to avoid that block ? or we need a completely domain name ?

I want to try to avoid a new domain name because it will cost us a lot

Subdomains wont really help as they probably block by IP. If they really are blocking by DNS then they don't know what they're doing. One workaround would be to create a wildcard subdomain and have your website randomly generate sub domains when linking. That's assuming they can't do a wildcard block...

I have not looked into it myself so can't offer specific details but look into Hyperboria meshnet.
