I have a pool. I have a 2 year old.
I keep her away from the pool, and pay attention to her.
I would never entertain the idea of her wearing anything all the time to alert me if she was drowning... nor would I entertain the idea of having her wear something to stop bullets from hitting her at all times. I guess I just like to live recklessly.
The simple solution to this though is a giant sealed bulletproof hamster ball with its own oxygen supply that would need to be changed out on a daily basis. If she falls in, she'll float. If she gets shot at, she can run them gangstah's down and roll over them.
