Help with data restoration

So heres the story: While waiting on my new drive to come I wanted to increase the partition on my windows drive (I have the drive itself separated into four partitions). I have done this before so didn't even consider backing up the data. Long story short this failed and the partition became corrupted. So, no big deal, I'll install xp on another partition. Went through all that and found that the space was now unallocated. I made the mistake here of creating a new partition (I know... but no data was put on it). I've been trying to pull the data off using testdisk and filerecovery. testdisk isn't able to do much for me but I have pulled some off with filerecovery although all the files are named clusterxxx.xxx and all are the same size (1.3mb). Some files are misisng as well...

Any suggestions on getting the data back? Its not a big loss but it is an annoying one that I would like to be able to recover from.

Thanks,
