Help with Cheapy D-link and Win 2k

Has anyone picked up this cheap NIC for $5 after rebates and tried to install it in Win2K?
I was wondering if anybody had any problems doing so.
Thanks in advance.
 
Most cheapo NIC's use the realtek chipset and Win2k will automatically detect and install reference drivers for you.
