Help with Cheapy D-link and Win 2k

Has anyone picked up this cheap NIC for $5 after rebates and tried to install it in Win2K?
I was wondering if anybody had any problems doing so.

No problems here with any cheap dlink stuff. Win2k usually installs the drivers as well

No problem with the 530TX.

Most cheapo NIC's use the realtek chipset and Win2k will automatically detect and install reference drivers for you.
