Help with centering webpages against resolution.

I am making a webpage and I want the main part of the table to be in the center no matter what the screen resolution is. The site that I saw this on and like is visitnc.com. If you go there the main part of the site is always in the middle. If i change my resolution from 1280x1024 to 800x600 the main part is still in the middle. On my website that is made for 1280x1024 if you switch your resolution to 800x600 you have to scroll to the right to make it center.

as far as I know you are going to have that problem no matter what.

If you make your browser a window and resize visitnc.com so that it takes up more than the full screen you will see it also requires you to scroll from left to right.

well after it goes under 800 pixels wide it you have to start scrolling but before that it continues to center the page when resizing. If you have to scroll when under 800 I wouldnt care since not many people have resolution set under 800x600. Thanks for the input though.
