Help, with Broken Socket Clip in KT7A!!!

Hello, I have a friend who just broke the lip to hold the heatsink in place on his Socket-A

What can we do to fix it?

He has a FOB-38 btw.

ouch, ummm let me know if you find out, cause I am in the same boat. fortunately my alpha has a clip that uses more then the center clip.

Well, we super glued it tonight.
We will probably try to put on the heatsink on tomorrow night.

what cooling fan were you using, the coolemaster fans seem to grip on so tight that it does not suprise me that the clips break off, surely either the motherboard or fan makers can be held accountable in some cases where due care is taken, trouble is....proving it.

the agilent arcitcooler uses more than the center clip. Which is why its a great fan. Buy one. OCZ has some (or else they should, i just sold them a bunch)
