help with benchmarking using RTCW

U know what I need a detailed help with making benchmarks using the retail version of RTCW...
Do you know what demos to use and how to make them work, and how to read the results???

My fps maxes out at 90fps and won't seem to go higher, no matter what map I'm on, no matter which drivers I use, or if I have smoothvision on, or AF on.
I have v synch off too. Is there a max fps command?

com_maxFPS 0 disables the framerate cap completely.
