Ok I was upgrading my vid drivers as usual . I didnt do anything different than other times. When I try to install the new drivers it stops in the middle and says I need to install the standard vga adapter before i run setup? It has never did this before . I couldnt even reinstall the old drivers , it keeps saying the same thing. I really dont know what else to try. Any ideas?

I would uninstall, use drivercleaner and than reinstall the chipset drivers - than install the cats.
