Help With ArcTic Silver III 3g installation on a P4c Processor

Hey guys, I've been reading the instructions on how to put this stuff on the processor and it doesnt make any sense, Do you have any Simple instructions on how to apply this stuff...Need help?

For me....I place a small dab ( keep it small you can add more if it doesn't spread completely over the IHS plate) in the center of the plate...Then I take a credit card and using the short edge I smooth it out over the IHS....The goal is to have a very very thin layer so as just to cover the wording on the IHS....

I think it has been talked about but the AS is just really needed to feel in the very tiny microscopic scratches and imperfections on the top of the iHS plate as most of the IHS plates of late have been fairly falt and thus the Heatsink usually makes nice even contact.

YOu want the smooth thin layer to be from edge to edge.....
