Help with archiving DVDs to HD in Xvid/divx

I want to archive my DVDs to my HD so I can stream to Xboxen and watch on my HTPC. Any tips on converting to Xvid or divx would be greatly appreciated.

I'm familiar with DVD shrink and decryptor already, but I have two concerns. First being the 4 gb folders per DVD. Second being the ability of the xboxen to stream/read/access the DVD shrink created folders.
