Help with ABIT-ST6 overclocking, please.

I just got a 1.2Ghz Celeron Tualitin and an ABIT-ST6RAID mobo. I had to update the BIOS because the board wouldn't recognize it. Anyhow, I'm overclocking the chip at 12x 125Mhz fsb without even changing the core voltage (1.475v) but I can't get it to 133 Mhz no matter what. Also, it won't let me touch the memory timing. It's set at 'Auto'. Is 'Auto' 100MHz or 133Mhz.

If it isn't how do I get it to 133Mhz.
