Help with 3D glasses?

Hi all

I thought I would give my Elsa Revelator glasses a go. Running Win98SE, I have just installed the new Official 12.41 drivers from Nvidia and the Stereovision driver too. I enabled the glasses and ran the test image and it looked great! However, games themselves are another matter. Having set the refresh rate to 120Hz as suggested I ran Quake 3 and initally got a lot of horrible textures on the screen. Realising I had V-Sync disabled, I enabled it and tried again, I was SURE I had solved it...this time image looked fine, but it does NOT look 3D. It is supposed to display the image twice and offset to the side yes? Well this is what I can actually see! I am not getting the "3D effect"... I can use the hot keys to seperate the images more/less but I repeat, I just "see" the two offset images.

Can somebody please help me/give me ANY suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Thanks!

Well for anybody that did read this I have found the problem. The glasses are not working properly. One of the lenses has stopped polarizing properly and just goes dark. They are brand new and they worked fine during the tester program, but in between that and me running my first game on them they somehow malfunctioned. Oh well.
