Help! Windows XP machine keeps loosing domain

I have a Windows XP Pro machine that I have kept rejoining to the domain. It will join the domain and after I reboot will no longer see the domain. I can then Unjoin it and then rejoin it again and reboot and the same.. WTF?? Could licensing be messed up on the server to where it will let it join but then kick it off from connecting? Also when I trying to ping it, I can ping ALL other PCs by their DNS name but not this one XP machine. I can only ping it by IP or Netbios name. All others I can ping by IP, Netbios and DNS. Help please! 🙁

Woops...meant to put this in Networking.
Could it be a Bad NIC, Licensing is messed up on Server?, or DNS is messed up on Server? Like I said, other PCs I can ping the DNS of the PC just fine. Its like DNS just won't work at all on that one PC after joined to the network. Maybe a service is messed up on that one PC stopping it from using DNS? ...and of course the IPs are correct under settings for everything.

Don't know if this will help, but sounds like a DNS issue. Under TCP/IP properties make sure DNS is set to automatic and also check under the Advanced button and look at the DNS tab there.

Good luck.
