Help windows 95 freezes

Fatal error exception occured after the printer jammed and now I cant boot into win 95.All I get is the win 95 logo and then it freezes.Safe mode also freezes as well.System is 486.
 
So many avenues of wrong, so little time...😉
If you have no means of upgrading, then:
Have you tried your recovery disk? Then reinstall? Or boot into ms-dos.
