Help : (Win2k) Upgrade hardware wizard keeps popping up after reboot. (After changing vidcard)

I just change my video card to Radeon 64 VIVO.
I uninstalled the previous one (including the driver) and plug in Radeon.
Restart the comp and skip the upgrade Hardware Wizard and install latest Radeon Driver.
But now, the Upgrade Hardware Wizard keep popping up at every restart.
It is almost like Win2k never know that the video has been installed.
Is there any way to disable the Upgrade wizard or ways around this ?

Thanks for the link.
I did search that place before and it's kinda looking for a needle in a haystack.
I wish someone have a straight answer for this.
I'll still keep digging around that place.
