Help Wiered Crash

OK on and off my system has been having this weired crash. I'll leave it alone for a while and when i come back the screen has thiis strange pattern on it and i have to reboot. Then it runs ok for a while and does it again. Anyone have any suggestions i hvae a xp 2000+ Asus 333 mobo 782meg memory and a gainward geforce 4 ti4200. Thanks!!!
 
Could be bad system memory. That is an odd amount of memory to have. What is your mem config?
I would remove all of your memory and install one DIMM. Use Memtest to check it out. Remove DIMM, install another by itself, test again, repeat.
