Help! Where to buy backbone systems? The best?

(I apologize - this was posted in the wrong forum so I placed it here.)

I spent a few hours searching the boards but couldn't come up with a good answer.

I am in the market to purchase a barebone system. I am looking for a AMD Chip, Asus Motherboard,
Ram and video card. I want to use my existing hard drives, audio cards, lan, and other items. I would
like them to put it together and test it, so all I need to do is install my current hardware.

There seems to be a handful of small companies on the net that sell these systems, but is there a
company with an outstanding reputation?

Pricewatch has reviews, but I found them to be difficult to determine how good a company is due to
fake posts and other odd reviews.

Any ideas of good companies that can help me would be appreciated.

Thank You,
Nick Roberts

OT: Just curious, why do you want it to be pre-assembled? You'll usually pay a premium so that someone else can assemble it for you. Assembly isn't taht difficult and is sorta pointless if you're gonna add stuff to it.

Monarch's good, a bit pricey, but good.

Thanks for the response.

I had a friend who tried to assemble it and he blew the motherboard up.

I have replaced hard drives, CD, memory, etc...but never installed a motherboard and CPU with power supply. I guess would rather get it burned in and working than frustrated.

Thanks again!
