Help! What brand fan comes w/ retail AMD xp??

My dad's XP looks dead after all of 2 1/2 months usage. AMD wants to know the number printed on the retail fan, but I quickly replaced it w/ something or other bigger and better, so now I have to track down this damn fan.

Problem is, I have about 5 cooling fans laying around and I don't remember which one came with the cpu!!

Anybody know what AMD ships w/ their chips?

I have heard that retail AMD CPU's used to come with Cooler Master HSF's...

though I believe the newer ones come with something different.

They switch back in forth between CoolerMaster and Taisol. They don't want to be stuck with one vendor so they use both.
