HELP!!!! Water in my spark plug holes, how do i dry out?

Ok guys he cannot run or drive the car to dry it out because the water in the spark plug wells is causing the engine to crossfire/misfire and it simply runs like crap. The simple solution is to pull the spark plug wires one at a time and blow out the water with compressed air. It is not a hard fix.

It's shaking because the balance is off due to all cylinders not firing.
That or you took plug wires off and put them back on in the wrong order.
