Hi guys,

what on EARTH am I supposed to say to an airheaded response from parago that they "don't have records of my rebate submission" over 1 month ago, even though I sent it certified mail with return receipt request??? what can the post office do?

(PS: fortunately, I rdid xerox everything- even the UPC symbol - but this is PRECISELY WHY I HATE REBATES--even when I follow instructions to the letter. this happened once before, with a Pentax camera rebate which required an original UPC label. Of course, that got lost in the mail, and of course, I didn't think to xerox *even the UPC label* that time...)

I sent in my visioneer rebates 2 weeks ago. I track my rebate status at staple.com...it says that they haven't receive my paper work therefore, they can't process my rebate 🙁 WTF!
 
i sent in my rebate for a maxtor hd and for the visioneer scanner at the same time. the hd rebate has been posted for 2 weeks. still no sign of my $80 rebate.
