Help w/ ISO install please

I recently received a large program in the form of an ISO. I used WinRAR to unzip the ISO but there's not an install/setup file. Am I missing somethere here? I tried burning the ISO to CD but that didn't work either.

Thanks for the help!

You need to burn it as an image in your CD burning software. If you're using Nero 6 look for 'Burn Image' in the Recorder menu. I think it's under the File menu in Nero 5.5.

go find urself virtual daemon
install it and mount the iso to a drive...using autorun it should play it or do whatever the cd was intended to do

Ahh, virtual daemon! That's the program I use to have...

And Burn Image was also what I was looking for.

Thanks (I'm an idiot)

I just downloaded an installed Daemon Tools but it yielded the same results as WinRAR did... 🙁

Did you reboot? I believe you need to after you install it.

After that, load Daemon Tools. It'll open in the system tray. Left click the icon and choose the drive you're mounting the image to (probably only one choice here). Then simply use the file browser to find and open your ISO. It'll show up in Windows Explorer as the drive letter you mounted the image to.

Yes, I installed Daemon and then rebooted. Daemon Tools was able to successfully mount the ISO but that yielded the same result as the other things I have tried. I think the person who made the ISO left some important files out...

Ah.. well. Without knowing what it is or seeing a file listing there's not much else we can do for you.

Yea, how about you tell us what it is so that we can help you? If it's a warez copy of something you got off the Internet or from a friend and you can't figure out how to install it, good for you.
