Help w/ Connect3d 800XL from TigerDirect

I'm considering buying an 800XL from TigerDirect. The problem is that there are two versions of the exact same card (Connect3d 800XL 256mb) with a $60 price difference. Here are the links:

http://biz.tigerdirect.com/applications...item-details.asp?EdpNo=1476859&CatId=0

http://biz.tigerdirect.com/applications...item-details.asp?EdpNo=1462013&CatId=0

Could somone please explain the differences between these two offers?

I've noticed that the item number for the cheaper one has an R after it. Does this mean refurbished? It does not mention it anywhere else.

Knowing Tiger Direct's sneaky tactics, it probably does mean its refurbished. NewEgg has the same card for right around $285 as well. You should probably get it from there instead of TD.

Would they really lie acout something so important?

I've noticed two more things:

1. They have a section called "Open Box Specials"

All the items there have an OO at the end. So maybe the R doesn't mean refurbished.

2. ONLY Connect3d cards seem to have this cheaper "R version." It's unlikely that refurbished versions were offered only for this brand.
