I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on voltages. I running an Athlon 1Ghz, 300W Antec PS, 2 hard drives, 1 dvd rom, 1 burner, 2 case fans, GeForce2, SB Live, and an network card on an ASUS A7V board.

When I start my computer, I usually get an error message about hardware monitor problems. When I go there it says my -3V and -5V are out of range. If I hit F1 to continue it boots up fine. After I boot up, AsusProbe says my +5V is out of range for a while... but eventually will be fine.

Is this something I should be concerned about? What should/can I do?

Thanks for all your help!

I'd say that a 300 Watt PSU is not enough for this system. It's recommended to use a 350+ Watt PSU for a TBird system, especially if you've more than one HD and CD-ROM drive.

You might even want to consider putting a 400 Watt PSU in this PC.
