Help! Video Card (Drivers) Causing Computer to crash?

Lately when i'm playing games my computer started to crash and reboot. So I set it in XP to get the BSOD when i crash. Now when I crash It says that it's nv4_disp.dll that's causing my computer to crash. I've tried about 4-5 different set of video drivers, but I keep crashing. This only happens when I playing certain games. Could it be a defect video card? Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks! (Can't RMA The video card )

Card is Geforce 2 GTS 32 meg generic brand

Did you un-install the older drivers before installing the newer one?

Yeah, I was going from newer to older.
