HELP! UPS SCREWED ME!

I ordered something online for xmas gifts. Says it was delivered today the 15th at 9am. Signed by LEON. Problem is, I don't know who the hell LEON is and I didn't get jack in today! Anyone else run into something similar? What steps do I need to go through to resolve this and if it is resolvable, will I get my stuff in time for Xmas??? Thanks.
 
1.Call ups, see what they can do.
2.Call the company you ordered it from, see what they can do.
3.Call credit card company and dispute the charges. Wait for ups/the company you ordered from to do something.
