Help translating a lost post card

Happy football season! 🙂

I shipped some packages from North Pole, AK and inside one of them was a lost post card. I don't know how to read Japanese/Chinese/Korean, so I'm assuming the postcard text is written in one of those languages; it's most likely Japanese.

Can you please help me translate it?

You don't even have to tell me the contents. Just tell me if you can find an address there. I'd like to mail it to its final destination.

Lost Postcard

Thanks!

Well, I called a few Russians Polish and some Vietnamese Chinese, so I'd hate to make that assumption again. ;-)

okay, i can only make out a few words... we need some real japanese reading here... maybe some of the anime people

"sorry for the lateness of my card.... how's married life treating you.... etc etc happy wedding.... "

My friend was able to translate this for me:

Shizu
