[help to solve] NFS Shift - very weird problem - "slow profile"

Hey all i have a prob in NFS shift , The problem is this - iv a profile that im playing with and progressed very well, but now slightly after iv got to Tier3, the game runs very slow and buggy - the weird thing is that iv created a new profile [with same exact graphics settings] and its running in normal speed and everything.

Win7x64
i7-2600k
GTX 460 [296.10 driver]
Vertex 2

[the 1s part of the video is the slow one and the 2nd part is the fast one]
what can that be? how to solve?? il appreciate any suggestions

Try updating to the latest WHQL driver 301.42, and the latest version of PhysX.

Iv tried to update but havnt noticed any change , il do it again though.

what running in the background is:
firefox
chrome
skype
utorrent
eset 5
winamp

and some of services is:
vmware services
windows live id
uxstyle
macrium reflect
java
idm
usb3
realtek hd
nvidia drivers

and such..

but the thing is, the game is running perfect in other profile and the system requirements is set so there is no prob there. what can that be? a corrupted profile? how to fix it
