I'm an verification designer , currently i'm developing hbm verification ip. Having doubts in hbm specification, so can anyone help me to find a forum (a good place) to ask doubts.

You're best shot is the website edaboard, but that's a hella crapshoot. Honestly man if you're getting paid to develop verification IP for a very new technology like HBM you may find it more useful to ask other professionals within your company, or just study the spec more closely.

Well the spec JESD235A is publicly available, you could ask here as well and someone might have some ideas.
