whats this CSA architecture thingy????and does the P4C800-E deluxe support it??

It takes the Gigabit LAN controller off of the PCI bus. Gigabit LAN could fill up the PCI bus all by its lonesome, so Intel devised CSA as a workaround until PCI Express hits primetime. Yes, that motherboard does support it according to Asus's product page that I found after a 5 second Google search.
